I have spent decades of my life learning about all of the body's functions, diseases, and medical treatments. Unfortunately, I have also spent just as much time abusing my own body in service of others.

I always thought that because I was predominantly plant-based, got 6-7 hours of sleep, and was an overall ok human, my body was doing fine. However, I struggled with being overly fatigued, irritable, and bloated, and I also experienced episodes of paralyzing anxiety and doubt in my self-worth. My lab review with Kelley was the first of many realizations that I was not taking care of myself.

Although my body was resilient and “generally healthy” in the Western medicine sense of the word, I had so many areas where my habits, or lack thereof, were not serving me.

Kelley's programs assisted me in starting a morning routine and, through our group sessions, started me on a journey of changing mindsets that have helped me heal in so many ways, not just my physical health.

I am feeling the benefits of my changed habits and I know that there is so much more to come.
