I know how it feels to have no energy or motivation to do the things you want to do. Rewind about 8 years ago and I certainly wasn't living a healthy happy life. Most days I struggled to even feel ok, truth be told I felt the worst I ever have. It's so hard to imagine now!

The frustrating part was I had no idea why I felt this way plus my lifestyle choices weren't exactly helping. I was eating a heavy meat and dairy diet plus putting my body under stress from high-intensity workouts.

I had no idea my everyday choices were working against me because I didn't know what was going on inside my body. 


I only discovered I had a thyroid issue that was causing my hormones to be out of whack after undergoing some lab tests. It finally made sense as to why I was gaining weight, feeling bloated every day, irritable, and not in the best place mentally.


I wish I could tell you that's when everything changed for me but it didn't. I became obsessed with researching how to improve my condition. I literally tried everything that was being promoted online, from paleo and intermittent fasting to The Whole 30 and the list goes on. It was exhausting and kind of demotivating because none of them worked. 

I felt like giving up and almost decided to just deal with my condition and accept this is just how my life was going to be. When I slowed down a bit I had time to think and connect with my intuition. I knew I had been too harsh with myself and my body and that's when I knew I needed to try a more gentle natural approach. 

It required me to have a mindset shift because real whole food and low stress weren't what I was used to.

I was used to doing intense workouts, working 80 hours and counting every calorie. That’s what I thought would get me results. I was also starting to see a lot of new research on this lifestyle and alot of people were getting amazing results. 

So I jumped right in and I was pretty blown away by how well it worked when I was consistent over time. I mean I felt so much better within just a couple of weeks of starting. Then things just got even better, my uncomfortable daily bloating became a thing of the past. My digestion was the best it had ever been from fueling my body with fiber-rich foods. The extra weight I was carrying seemed to just fall off plus my energy levels had increased and my skin was glowing. 

I felt like a different person and had this newfound confidence and began to feel excited about life again. To top it off I was pleasantly surprised when my lab values on my hormones had improved.

All this from eating whole food, slowing down, and listening to my body and intuition. I couldn't believe how easy it was to feel so great!

That's when I really tuned in to my intuition and stepped into the health and wellness space so I could help women like you improve their health and feel their very best.

I became a certified health coach at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and shortly after that my WBK community was born. Since slow movement had also been a big part of my transformation, I listened to my intuition again and became a certified Pilates instructor. 

I love being able to work with you on your nutrition, daily movement, and meditation. This is what helped me reach all my health goals and create a lifestyle that works with me and not against me. I have designed a total body method that combines all three of these elements so you can feel good from the inside out.  

I’m here to fully support you in learning how to connect with your body at the deepest level so you can get to the root cause of your health issues and start to heal them.

My mission is to show you how to reach your highest potential in your health and also your life. You don't need to exhaust your body with hours of cardio or follow any restrictive diets to get amazing results. All you need is to slow everything down and turn into what is going on inside and use a gentle natural approach that becomes so effortless.
