The Wellness Industry Almost Broke Me.

But there was a point where wellness became incredibly unhealthy for me.
Every morning started with another podcast.
Another supplement recommendation.
Another expert telling me why the thing I did yesterday was suddenly wrong.
I bought the greens powder.
The books.
The infrared device that didn’t actually work.
The detox teas.
The expensive supplements.
The meal plans.
The protocols.
If someone looked healthy...
I wanted to know exactly what they ate.
If someone got pregnant...
I wanted to know every supplement they took.
If someone lost weight...
I wanted their workout.
I wasn't curious.
I was searching for permission to believe that if I just copied someone else's life...
...maybe I'd finally get my own body back.

The biggest lesson I've learned...
Your body doesn't heal because you found one magical supplement.

Today I still love functional medicine.
I still use advanced hormone testing.
I still believe in peptides when they're appropriate.
I still recommend supplements every single day.
But now they're additions...
