•Lack of movement
•Poor sleep
•Chronic inflammation

The tricky part is insulin resistance often flies under the radar. Some of the most common signs I see include:
•Energy crashes after meals
•Strong sugar or carb cravings
•Stubborn belly weight
•Brain fog and low motivation
•Irregular or heavy cycles
•Skin changes like acne or dark patches

🔄 Why it affects all your hormones

When insulin resistance is present, it triggers a chain reaction throughout your entire hormonal system. It can:
•Drive up androgens (leading to PCOS symptoms, acne, or hair loss)
•Throw off ovulation and progesterone
•Increase estrogen dominance
•Stress the adrenals and thyroid

This is why so many women I work with feel “off” in more than one area of their health at the same time.
