How I'm Supporting My Body in 2026
Dec 29, 2025
As I reflect on 2025, I can see it clearly now:
I tried to do too much.
I overextended myself — emotionally, physically, and energetically — telling myself I could hold it all if I just tried harder. I pushed past signals my body was giving me. I said yes when I needed more space. And eventually, my body asked me to slow down in ways I couldn't ignore.
It was humbling.
And it was clarifying.
Those moments forced me to face a hard but important truth: wellness isn't built through effort alone — it's built through support.
As I move into this next season, I've been reflecting deeply on how I want to feel — not just personally, but as a woman, a mother, and the founder of Raeya.
I'm currently supporting my body as I prepare to try to get pregnant again, while also holding the responsibility and excitement of continuing to grow Raeya. And what I've learned (and keep relearning) is this:
My body doesn't respond to pressure.
It responds to safety, rhythm, and consistency.
Instead of trying to do more, I've been focusing on doing what actually supports my system to stay steady — hormonally, emotionally, and energetically.
That's looked like:
- Creating slower mornings so my nervous system can settle before the day begins
- Eating meals on a consistent rhythm to support blood sugar, hormones, and sustained energy
- Choosing movement that restores me instead of depleting me
- Being more intentional with boundaries so my energy is protected — at home and at work
- Surrounding myself with people and environments that feel grounding and real
These aren't dramatic changes. They're small, steady inputs — and they're making a meaningful difference.
At Raeya, I'm personally using many of the same tools we offer our clients to support my body through this season:
- Acupuncture to regulate my nervous system and support fertility
- Lymphatic drainage and colonics to reduce inflammation and support detox pathways
- Sauna, cold plunge, and red bed therapy to build resilience and cellular health
- IV therapy, peptides, and targeted skin support to nourish my body at a deeper level
- Comprehensive diagnostics so I'm never guessing — everything is informed and intentional
This is the work I believe in because I'm living it.
True wellness isn't about pushing harder or fixing yourself. It's about creating the conditions where your body feels supported enough to do what it already knows how to do.
A steady year begins with a steady foundation.
And right now, I'm choosing what strengthens me from within — so I can show up fully for my family, my body, and this community.
If you're in a season of rebuilding, expanding, healing, or simply learning how to do less with more intention — we're here to support you.
With care,
Kelley
