This is so much more than any other meal plan or fitness program. It is the foundation for creating a happy, healthy, and balanced life! I’m not a fan of the word DIET. I think the word often triggers guilt, anxiety, and shame around food and never leads to real results. That was always my experience with my years of trying to eat less and work out more. The WBK way makes healthy plant-based eating and low-impact movement effortless and enjoyable. It incorporates mindfulness and connection to your purpose to feel grounded and create meaning in your life and connection with others.
